The Northwood Hills Homeowners Association Annual Meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 3rd at 6:30pm at the Fretz Park Rec Center (6950 Belt Line Rd, behind the library). Updates will be provided on the Association’s activities, new Board Members will be elected, 2025 Financials will be shared, and the 2026 Budget will be presented for approval. Council Member Bill Roth will be on hand to provide District 11 updates and answer your questions.
The annual report with the recap of 2025 and a snapshot of what we hope to accomplish in 2026, plus the presentation slides from the meeting, will be shared online after the meeting.
