The Northwood Hills Homeowners Association Annual Meeting took place on Tuesday, February 3rd at 6:30pm at the Fretz Park Rec Center (6950 Belt Line Rd, behind the library). Updates were provided on the Association’s activities including Security, Beautification, and Membership. New Board Members were elected. The 2025 Financials were shared and the 2026 Budget was approved. Council Member Bill Roth was on hand to provide District updates. Resident questions and comments were welcomed at the conclusion of the business meeting.
