Meet the Board
Northwood Hills is a neighborhood worth preserving and protecting. At the forefront of that effort is Northwood Hills Homeowners Association. Active, inclusive and positive. NHHA mirrors the neighborhood it serves. It continues to grow and thrive through completely voluntary Membership, leadership and participation.
We have a 7-member Board of Directors, President, Treasurer and Secretary. We also benefit from the guidance of an Advisory Committee. NHHA is governed by Bylaws and has an Advertisers Policy.

Tim and his wife, Christy, along with their son, Daniel, moved to Dallas and Northwood Hills in 2018. During their relocation search they all fell in love with Northwood Hills. The beautiful mature trees, well maintained lots, and central location were all huge factors in their home search. They have spent the last two years renovating their home on Meadowcreek Drive and are slowly settling into Dallas.
Tim is a corporate vice president in charge of tax planning and controversy for a large global engineering, architecture, and construction management services firm. He graduated from the University of Kansas with his B.S. and M.S. degrees in accounting and taxation.
Tim enjoys golf, tennis, cooking, and travel when he isn’t chasing Daniel around the house. Christy enjoys tennis and travel when she isn’t managing construction projects. They both look forward to meeting more of their neighbors and building long lasting friendships within Northwood Hills.
As Treasurer, Tim manages NHHA’s financial accounts, yearly budget and reserve fund.
Suzie and her husband Scott have lived in Northwood Hills since 2011. The beautiful trees and landscaping reminded Suzie of her native northern Illinois. Scott, a true Texan, is a lifelong Northwood Hills resident having attending Northwood Hills Elementary, Northwood Junior High and Richardson High School. Recently retired from Director of Operations of Xela Aroma (a locally based manufacturer of candles and home fragrance), Suzie is enjoying and exploring new volunteer opportunities. With their four children now “out of the nest” – their two dogs Waylon and Coco are loving the extra attention.
Jeff and his wife Michelle moved to Northwood Hills in 2010. While contemplating a move south from far North Dallas, they fell in love with Northwood Hills’ lot sizes, original large trees, and the many ranch style houses. Jeff graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in finance, and ran a technology company for many years. He now owns a residential roofing company serving DFW. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, going to the gym, traveling with Michelle, and spending time with her and their three rescue dogs.
Charles and his wife Celine moved to Northwood Hills in 2021. His background and life mission is to solve the world’s energy problems using technology. He believes Northwood Hills is the best overall neighborhood in Dallas due to its location, access, history, house quality, low crime, and connection to amenities. As a Board Member, he’d like to focus on a new resident program to help build relationships with the larger neighborhood and/or targeted programs based on individual streets/street coordinators. He’s also interested in learning more about the history of Northwood Hills.

Robin and Mike Burch moved to Northwood Hills in 1993. They loved the large treed lots and chose to raise their 3 sons here. They have a multi-family brokerage business and their sons work with them. They have made many friends here in Northwood Hills and enjoyed wonderful memories. Robin looks forward to helping out on the board.
Mike and his wife Debbie have lived in Northwood Hills for 13 years. They have always felt that the neighborhood was a little like living in the country, however surrounded by highways, retail stores and restaurants— it is a peaceful and nature loving place. They moved to NW Hills from Prairie Creek in Richardson. They have two grown sons, Connor and Cameron. Connor and his wife Jenna live in the Mohawk area. Both are graduates of Pearce HS and TCU.
Kristen and her husband Ken moved into Northwood Hills after falling in love with the trees, hills, and friendly neighbors of the area. A Baylor Nursing graduate, Kristen currently works as a school nurse at Trinity Christian Academy, from where her two boys graduated. When not taking care of school kids or spending time with family, Kristen loves cooking, making gift baskets, gardening, and playing with the family’s two Labrador retrievers.
Robert served Northwood Hills from 1989-1992 and helped set the foundation for what NHHA is today.
