The Northwood Hills Homeowners Association Annual Meeting took place on Tuesday, February 6th at 6:30pm at the Fretz Park Rec Center (6950 Belt Line Rd, behind the library). Updates were provided on the Association’s activities including Security, Beautification, and Membership. New Board Members were elected. The 2023 Financials were shared and the 2024 Budget was approved. Questions and comments were welcomed at the conclusion of the business meeting.
