The Pepper Square rezoning application will be heard at City Council on Wednesday, March 26th. The hearing and vote will take place in the 6th floor Council Chambers at Dallas City Hall (1500 Marilla St). There is pay parking available around City Hall. Please arrive by 12:45pm. If you oppose the rezoning application, you are encouraged to wear a yellow shirt or receive a free yellow shirt when you arrive, while supplies last. To make your voice heard, you are allowed to speak for 1, possibly 2, minutes. You must start your speech with your name and address. The meeting may last a few hours, so plan accordingly. You do not have to register in advance if you plan to speak in person.
