A Baylor University graduate, Joel has spent over 37 years in the telecommunications industry, leading strategic partnerships, cyber security, and business development efforts at companies like Nokia, Qualcomm, and Ericsson. Jean, a UT graduate, has dedicated over 30 years to the nonprofit sector, focusing on community impact and organizational development. Together, they have raised four grown children and are proud grandparents. Joel and Jean love the strong sense of community in Northwood Hills and appreciate the neighborhood's unique charm. They enjoy staying active in local events and look forward to continuing to support and engage with their neighbors. 

Seat At-Large   Email tc@northwoodhills.org   Phone     Tina and her husband Tracy moved to Northwood Hills in 2018 after a long search for the perfect mixture of mature trees, excellent schools, and fabulous neighbors.  Tina works for the State of Texas as a judge and Tracy works as a campaign specialist when he’s not running their son around to school or activities.  Tina is excited to serve the neighborhood in this capacity and looks forward to this opportunity of making more friends.   She enjoys reading, drinking coffee, playing  video games, and practicing martial arts when she has time.

Seat Secretary   Email secretary@northwoodhills.org         Carrie and her husband, “Hammer”, moved to Dallas after Hammer’s 30 year career in the Marine Corps as a Logistics Officer.  The mature neighborhood and close proximity to everything attracted them right away.  Always being a part of a military community, a sense of safety and community were a priority and Northwood Hills definitely checked those boxes.  Together, they share 2 adult children, the youngest just graduating from college.  Carrie is a 1st grade teacher and reading specialist.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and crocheting.  She looks forward to serving her community and meeting new people.
