Annual Meetings

The Northwood Hills Homeowners Association Annual Meeting took place on Tuesday, February 11th at Fretz Park Recreation Center (the building next door to Fretz Library).  Guests arrived at 6:30 to sign in, enjoy some light refreshments, and mingle with neighbors. The business meeting started at 7pm with a legislative update from Rep. Ana-Maria Ramos, followed by a local update from Dallas City Plan Commissioner Jaynie Schultz. Details were then provided on the Association's activities including Security, Beautification, Membership, and Special Projects. New Board Members were elected and the 2020 Budget was approved. Questions and comments were welcomed at the conclusion of the business meeting. The Northwood Hills Homeowners Association Annual Meeting took place on Tuesday, February 12th at Fretz Park Recreation Center (the building next door to Fretz Library). Residents mingled, enjoyed some light refreshments, and then heard updates on city happenings from Council Member Kleinman's office. After that, NHHA Board Members provided details on the Association's activities including Security, Beautification, Membership, and Special Projects. A new At-Large Director, Kristen Holden, was elected to the Board. The 2018 NHHA Financials and proposed 2019 Budget were shared and approved. Questions and comments were welcomed at the conclusion of the business meeting. For a recap of what was shared, the 2019 Report to the Membership should provide an accurate picture of what was accomplished last year and what we hope to achieve this year. 

The Northwood Hills Homeowners Association Annual Meeting was held on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Fretz Park Recreation Center, adjacent to the Library. Meet & Greet & Find Your Seat began at 6:30pm, with light refreshments available. Annual Meeting agenda items included a presentation of the 2018 Budget for membership vote; introduction and election of Board Members; and updates from crime and security, beautification, and membership chairpersons. Representatives from Top Gun Security and our City Council Member, Lee Kleinman, were on hand to provide updates and answer questions.
