73 HOMES SOLD LAST YEAR AVERAGED JUST 44 DAYS ON MARKET

Home buyers found our neighborhood highly desirable in 2000. Average number of days on the market for the 73 homes sold was 44, compared with 88 days just two years ago in 1998. Average sales price was $376,841; average price per square foot $103.71. These numbers compare with $331,651 and $90.86 for 1998. Details of transactions are as follows:
