Meet the Board

Northwood Hills is a neighborhood worth preserving and protecting. At the forefront of that effort is Northwood Hills Homeowners Association. Active, inclusive and positive. NHHA mirrors the neighborhood it serves. It continues to grow and thrive through completely voluntary Membership, leadership and participation.

We have a 7-member Board of Directors, President, Treasurer and Secretary. We also benefit from the guidance of an Advisory Committee. NHHA is governed by Bylaws and has an Advertisers Policy.

He believes Northwood Hills is the best overall neighborhood in Dallas due to its location, access, history, house quality, low crime, and connection to amenities. As a Board Member, he’d like to focus on a new resident program to help build relationships with the larger neighborhood and/or targeted programs based on individual streets/street coordinators. He’s also interested in learning more about the history of Northwood Hills.

Tim and his wife, Christy, along with their son, Daniel, moved to Dallas and Northwood Hills in 2018.  During their relocation search they all fell in love with Northwood Hills.  The beautiful mature trees, well maintained lots, and central location were all huge factors in their home search.  They have spent the last two years renovating their home on Meadowcreek Drive and are slowly settling into Dallas.

Tim is a corporate vice president in charge of tax planning and controversy for a large global engineering, architecture, and construction management services firm.  He graduated from the University of Kansas with his B.S. and M.S. degrees in accounting and taxation.

Tim enjoys golf, tennis, cooking, and travel when he isn’t chasing Daniel around the house.  Christy enjoys tennis and travel when she isn’t managing construction projects.  They both look forward to meeting more of their neighbors and building long lasting friendships within Northwood Hills.

As Treasurer, Tim manages NHHA’s financial accounts, yearly budget and reserve fund.
