Northwood Hills Homeowners Association is a voluntary HOA, yet our residents see value in membership and more than 60 percent of Northwood Hills households are part of NHHA. Your participation provides you these exclusive "members only" benefits:
- MEMBERMAIL -- email alerts of upcoming events; proposed changes to city zoning, sanitation and parks issues; timely reports on local crime; lost/found pets; suspicious persons; West Nile virus information; and other important subjects.
- ACCESS TO OUR PRIVATE PATROL -- armed security officers in a highly visible marked car on duty 80 hours per week, patrolling our alleys and streets. In the event of trouble or any suspicious activity, members can call them on a private cell phone number. You also can have your home watched while you are away or have an officer meet you at home when you are returning late at night.
- EVENTS AND SPECIAL PROGRAMS -- Hundreds of neighbors enjoy the NHHA Independence Day Parade, now in its 15th year. Our yearly Crime Forum brings members together for a candid discussion of crime and security issues. We also sponsor the annual Alley Clean-Up and the "Battle the Bugs" mosquito and fire-ant prevention program.
- A NETWORK OF NEIGHBORS -- giving you a voice in city issues that affect the quality of life in our neighborhood and supporting efforts to make significant investments in our community.
We're growing. This year NHHA is planning many new programs, activities and member benefits. We need your input and welcome your involvement as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of Northwood Hills and take our homeowners association to a new level.
Join us in our goal to enhance the property values and quality of life in Northwood Hills. Visit our website, email the Board member in your area, or email for more information.
We look forward to welcoming you!
