Northwood Hills Homeowners Association, Inc. Goals

1. Preserve and enhance the value of property and improve the quality of life in our neighborhood.
   
   
2. Assure that neighboring properties affecting our property values are maintained at or above City of Dallas Code requirements.
   
   
3. Support anti-crime activities and provide the NHHA Security Patrol
   
   
4. Support neighborhood beautification activities and projects.
   
   
5. Work with other neighborhood associations for the good of our area.
   
   
6. Communicate with our members and neighbors using open meetings, newsletters, and the Internet.

No free lunch

Sadly, there's no such thing as a free lunch; services cost money. Please consider joining our association, and even non-members can volunteer! (it helps keeps the dues affordable)
