Northwood Hills Fall Festival 2001

Picnic Big Band Concert - Fretz Park Saturday, 6 October, 5-7pm

On that Saturday evening, at Fretz Park (south of the swimming pool), we're sponsoring a band concert "Under the Trees" by the Town North Concert Band from 6-7pm. They specialize in Big Band, Broadway and Sousa March music.

The NHHA will provide free soft drinks including water bottles. For the kids, we'll have a clown who paints faces and makes balloon animals (children will also get free popcorn and cotton candy). This child activity starts about 5:15 pm

Invite your neighbors!

You can bring a picnic basket and have dinner; arrange a block party with covered dish/potluck supper or just bring a couple of picnic chairs and lie back and enjoy the music. NHHA will furnish all the drinks. The Fretz Recreation Center will be open for our use. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the park. If families want to come early to feed the kids, arrive around 5pm for some special entertainment for the children.

Parking will be available in the Library/Rec Center lot.

All activities are free, and open to Northwood Hills residents.

Fall Festival of Fun, October 6th. At Fretz Park, the festivities get going at 5PM with special entertainment for the children. Bring a picnic dinner and enjoy the terrific Town North Concert Band from 6 to 7PM.
